Viennoiserie and Hand Lamination: 27th July 2021
An introduction to Viennoiserie. A one day course for those who dream of making fresh croissants at home, led by MOR owner and Head Baker, David.
You will also learn to make sweet dough for cinnamon buns and doughnuts in between the rewarding process of folding and layering pastry blocks, an essential part of achieving the perfect flaky croissant.
Course to include:
+ Mixing a variety doughs
+ Shaping a variety of pastries
+ Proving tips for the home baker
+ Baking and Frying dough
Supper will be included, with local wine, as an appetite will be built with plenty of hands on dough time, shaping and baking.
