Introduction to Sourdough Baking 20th July 2022
An introduction to sourdough baking with MOR owner and Head Baker, David.
Great for both an introduction to sourdough for the starters and the more experienced home bakers.
Course to include:
+ Creating and Feeding Your Starter
+ Mixing dough
+ Shaping a variety of bread
+ Overnight fermentation
+ Scoring & Baking
Supper will be included, with local wine, as an appetite will be built with plenty of hands on dough time, shaping and baking.
